

RULES
1. No Girl student is allowed to go out/in of the hostel after 10.00 PM to 5.30 AM. If any emergency, student must seek the permission of the Warden/Additional chief warden

2. Switch off the lights after 10.30 PM. This can be avoided causing any disturbance for the sleeping time of other roommates.

3. Carrying mess food from dining halls to their respective hostel rooms is strictly prohibited. However, sick diet may be served in room after taking permission from Doctor/Warden/Additional chief warden.

4. Students must use the washrooms properly (use dustbins for proper disposal of sanitary pads, soap/shampoo covers, hair, hair-pins, etc..)

5.Laundry Area, common areas and surrounds of the hostel should be kept clean and tidy at all times (use dustbins for soap covers, dust etc..).
6. Use of electrical appliances like hotplates, stoves etc, in the hostel rooms is restricted.
7. All fans, light and electrical appliances must be switched off when not in use.
8. Students should bring to the notice of the warden/additional chief warden, any pending maintenance work (civil, carpentry, electrical, sanitation etc.) to be carried out in rooms, corridors, toilets or other areas in hostel premises.
9. Rooms are allotted to each student on her personal responsibility. She should see to the upkeep of her room, hostel and its environment. If anything is found is damaged the student along with her partner shall be solely responsible.
10. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. Parents and relatives are welcome to use the common mess area to meet their wards. For female visitors seeking short-term hostel accommodation, the cost is Rs.500 per day, subject to bed availability.
11. Any delay in payment will incur a penalty of Rs. 100 per day, deducted from the deposit.
12. For night outs or visits home, prior intimation must be given to any member of the management. Parents are required to make a call for notification, and a written message is mandatory, along with completing the night form.
13. Strict action will be taken against any form of misbehavior or arrogance towards staff members, including helpers, cooks, and security.
14. Management is not responsible for any kind of loss of items. All valuables must be kept safely in the cupboard locker given.
15. Two Wheeler Bikes should not be handle locked in the hostel premises.
16. Management can visit any room at any time for checking. If any objectionable material found with students, strict action will be taken against them.
If any student is found not following the above mentioned rules she will be penalized and/or disciplinary action is taken as per the Rules & Regulations of the hostels.
